Cornerstone Pediatrics is proud to offer Prompt Pay pricing to patients without insurance coverage. We know that budgeting healthcare for your child is important and want to be able to provide you with an informative choice for the cost of that healthcare. Below is a listing of some of our most often used types of appointments and tests. These prices are available to any patient that does not have insurance coverage.

• $120  Wellness Check for an established patient
• $150  Wellness Check for a new patient
• $75   Standard Sick office visit for an established patient without extended time or in office testing and/or procedures
• $108  Standard Sick office visit for a new patient without extended time or in office testing and/or procedures
• $15   In office Strep Test ordered by the physician
• $27   In office Flu Test ordered by the physician
• $27   In office RSV Test ordered by the physican
• $10   In office Urinalysis ordered by the physician
